In the competitive furniture market, consumers often find it challenging to evaluate products online, especially larger pieces like chairs, where material, craftsmanship, and design details are critical to making informed purchasing decisions. Traditional product photography can limit a buyer’s sense of dimension and quality, leading to hesitation or the need for an in-person visit to a showroom.
To address this, we produced 35 videos that present each furniture piece—primarily chairs—in a 360-degree view, allowing customers to see every angle, texture, and detail in motion. This video approach replaces static product photos with dynamic, immersive views, helping customers visualise how each piece will look in their space and increasing confidence in online purchasing.
To adapt to evolving customer needs, the furniture store launched a video appointment service, allowing clients to book virtual sessions where staff offered personalized product tours, answered questions, and assisted with real-time purchases. To promote this, we created an engaging video that demonstrated the ease and convenience of scheduling and attending virtual appointments. This video highlighted the one-on-one interaction customers could expect, showing how they could explore products and make purchases from home with the same level of attention they’d receive in-store. The promotional video not only enhanced the store’s digital communication but also strengthened its ability to connect with customers who couldn’t visit in person, providing a seamless and supportive shopping experience.
